The listed ranges are 1-500, 501-1000, 1001-1500, 1501 – 2000, 2001-2500 and 2501-3000. There is also a white option in series 1-500 and a 5x 500 value pack offering 2000 + 500 free. For hotel teams and event organisers, the main choices are the number series and the quantity of labels to order for luggage storage.

How are self-adhesive luggage labels used?

Self-adhesive luggage labels stick onto bags and suitcases to provide identification while luggage is stored. The pre-printed number gives staff a reference when locating a bag for collection. These labels are used in hotel luggage rooms and at venue cloakrooms where guests leave bags in the care of the team.

Which numbered series should I choose?

Choose a luggage label series by checking the numbers your team needs for its storage arrangements. Individual packs are listed as 1-500, 501-1000, 1001-1500, 1501 – 2000, 2001-2500 and 2501-3000. If your operation already uses numbered labels, compare the required series with the product listing before ordering your next pack.

What pack sizes and colour options are listed?

Individual luggage label packs contain 500 labels, and the shelf also includes a 5x 500 value pack offering 2000 + 500 free. A white version is specifically listed for series 1-500. Choose the quantity for your operation, then check the series and any stated colour on the individual product.
